Basic Search Engine Optimisation Tips
Something that requires a great deal of time, planning and patience is search engine optimisation. If it is implemented appropriately though, you will be reaping the benefits of being on the front page of Google and Yahoo, which is quite a harvest. Here are some SEO tips that should see your website flying up the search engine rankings. There’s a HTML header on your webpage. USE IT! It’s important that you remember that the keyword or phrase in that you are aiming at is in your website’s Meta tag, as well as your title. Be sure to implement a keyword search correctly. Your SEO campaign warrants a good keyword search, so do one! Don’t go targeting keywords that are overly competitive. Be sure that backlinks are created via submissions to link directories: Then submit your links to all the different link submission directories, and under proper categories. You will then find yourself getting the quality backlinks. Your going to need at least 5 new content pieces. You should be starting with a press release when you launce a new website. After this is written you should be writing at least one article a day. You should be writing articles rich in keywords. Articles that are fresh and original. Choose a topic which relates to your website. Really you should be trying to write it from scratch. After writing your article you are going to want to include your website’s link in the author bio. This won’t just build backlinks, but also credibility. Readers will note your expertise. Even if your using pieces that you submitted to articles directories, rewrite 30-40% of the article. Otherwise search engines aren’t going to pick it up as fresh and unique content. It’s this new content that is paramount. You remember that.
Be sure that your putting your targeted keywords within your website’s articles and content. Always have a plethora of keywords. You’re looking for 3-4% coverage for a 400-word article. You definitely want that to include your primary keyword phrase. Don’t go getting all spam happy though. Don’t try and be clever, clogging up your text with keywords!
